Effective date: October 1, 2026. These terms describe the basic rules for using Cascadia Prime. A customer subscription agreement or order form controls if it conflicts with this page.

Authorized use

Use Cascadia Prime only for lawful business operations and only through accounts authorized by the subscribing company. Company owners are responsible for their users, permissions, and data entered into the service.

Accounts and security

Keep passwords private, use individual accounts, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Cascadia Prime may suspend access to protect the service, customer data, or other users.

Data and service availability

Customers retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of their business data. The service is provided on an ongoing basis but may be updated, maintained, or temporarily unavailable for operational or security reasons.

Beta features

Beta features may change, contain defects, or be withdrawn. Validate important financial, payroll, tax, compliance, and operational outputs before relying on them in production decisions.

These launch terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial publication.
